So about 2 years ago I found a wonderfull little website called Adagio and they are an online whole leaf tea seller. Got myself their green ingenuiTEA start kit and never looked back. Now eight months off of soda and coffee I'm finding myself better feeling and more energized. The mystical healing properties of tea cannot be disputed by foolish science!
I highly highly suggest getting some tea from these guys. Im starting a segment of Tea related posts. Going from the science and history behind tea, to some actual brewings (gotta have video with these, check me out on qik at www.qik.com/shaneohare ).
So next couple of posts will be my tea article spread out into little cupped sized (like that? cup liquid tea references are my forte') blog posts.
